Sequential DNA FISH of 14 loci in the ATTO 565 channel. Together with the Alexa Fluor 647 channel, a total of 28 consecutive loci at 30-kb resolution in an open chromatin region of chrX (chrX:100920000-101760000, GRCh38) is imaged by sequential hybridization of fluorophore-conjugated imaging oligos complementary to primary oligo probes.
