Sequential DNA FISH in the Cy5 channel. A ~2.8Mb region on chr3 that includes chr3 locus is imaged. Primary oligo probes binding 96 consecutive 30-kb loci are targeted by sequential hybridization of complementary readout oligos, labelled with fluorophore-conjugated imaging oligos.
