Sequential DNA FISH in the Alexa Fluor 750 channel. 150Mb, spanning almost the entire chr6 is imaged. Primary oligo probes binding 31 loci spaced 5-MB are targeted by sequential hybridization of complementary readout oligos, labelled with fluorophore-conjugated imaging oligos.
