Sequential DNA FISH in the Alexa Fluor 750 channel. A 32-Mb region on chr3 that includes chr3 locus is imaged. Primary oligo probes binding 32 loci spaced 1-MB are targeted by sequential hybridization of complementary readout oligos, labelled with fluorophore-conjugated imaging oligos.
