Microsoft Edge, Safari, Opera etc. should work for a majority of portal functions but are not explicitly supported and may present some glitches, e.g. during submission.
Below is a collection of Chromatin Tracing datasets on the 4DN data portal. The derived files representing chromatin traces are uniformly presented in the 4DN standard FISH-Omics Format - Chromatin Tracing (FOF-CT). Read more about FOF-CT in the documentation.
